Returns
If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement.
We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.
Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly.
To put in a request for a return, please email our support staff at cs@lafaer.co. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns.Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back to our global warehouse in the US.

Refunds
1. Once we've received your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund ASAP. Refunds for credit card payments take 5-7 business days and refunds for Paypal payments take 3 business days. Please note that the processing time depends on your bank and payment method.
2. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. If your bank account has closed since you've made the purchase, you will need to contact your bank directly for information on how to receive the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@lafaer.co.
Cancellations
Normally the orders cannot be canceled for free after 8 hours of payment. If you have to refuse delivery after the package is dispatched from Lafaer due to force majeure, you are subject to the return and refund policies and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Costs
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.
Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
We offer return labels for U.S. orders. For customers outside the U.S., return labels are currently unavailable. You will need to return the item at your own expense.
Sale Items
Sadly, we do not offer refunds on clearance items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.
