Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty
GL Technologies (Hong Kong) Limited provide 1 years’ limited warranty for all Products purchased from Lafaer. This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in locations the product is sold and will apply only if you purchased your Router from Lafaer or its authorized resellers.
This warranty does not affect your legal rights in accordance with the laws and provisions of your country or region. The terms specified in this warranty should be executed to the extent permitted by the laws of your country or region. When the warranty period of this policy is not sufficient to cover the scope of the law in your country or region, your local policy regulations shall prevail.
How to obtain warranty service
If the product does not work properly during the warranty period, please email us at cs@lafaer.co for after-sales service. Your email should contain a valid purchase order number or any other proof of purchase.
Lafaer will try to analyze and solve your problem through online service. If the problem cannot be solved through remotely, and the problem occurs within the warranty period, Lafaer will repair or replace the product and provide after-sales service for free.
This warranty does not apply to
· failure or damage caused by force majeure or accidents;
· Non-quality related issues;
· Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
· Items that have been refunded;
· Items that have expired their warranty period;
· Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
· Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
· Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
· Lost or stolen products;
· Free products (promotional products or gifts are also included).
Scope of responsibility
To the extent not prohibited by law, In no event shall Lafaer be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use Lafaer’s products, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort or otherwise) and even if Lafaer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
